Our delivery procedure is tailored to be as convenient as possible. You can choose a specific delivery date that fits around you. On the day of delivery, your items will arrive on a lorry with a motorised tailgate. The crate containing your order will be transferred to the nearest hard surface – using a pump pallet truck. If you have a shingle, loose gravel or other non-hardstanding driveway, it will be delivered kerbside to avoid damage to your order.

The driver is not responsible for handling goods, so please ensure you have the labour to do so.

To make the delivery process as smooth as possible, we need to know in advance if there are any challenges involved in reaching you. Please let us know if the delivery address can only be accessed via narrow driveways, sharp bends, or any other potential hazards. We may need to make alternative delivery arrangements to get your order to you safely.

If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot. We’ll ask you to make other arrangements at your expense.

Flagstones Direct uses HIAB couriers for local deliveries and Palletways Logistics for items travelling further afield. We aim to deliver your items within 2-days of dispatch from our warehouse. We will deliver anywhere within the UK and Local Euro Zones. If you are unsure whether we can get to you, please get in touch and we will happily discuss the logistics of delivery.

Damages

Please inspect pallets thoroughly on arrival. You’ll need to record any damage on the delivery note. Damage and shortages must also be reported to Flagstones Direct within 48-hours of delivery.
