Goods are normally dispatched within seven working days from the time of order. A specific delivery date can be arranged to suit you.
Delivery is made by an 18 tonne lorry with tail gate to kerbside (shown below with a forklift for scale). The crate(s) is transported on a pump pallet truck from taillift to the nearest hard-standing. This will be kerbside if you have a shingle, loose gravel or other non-hard standing driveway - delivery into these areas is at the driver's discretion as they are ultimately contracted to delivery to kerbside. The driver is not responsible for handling tiles so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so. If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform Flagstones Direct when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made. If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.

Pallets must be inspected at point of delivery and any obvious damage recorded on the delivery note, please also inform Flagstones Direct at your earliest convenience. Excessive damages or shortage must be reported to Beswick Stone within 48hours of delivery.
